Treasurer

  • Treasurer Charles Newcomb advised that yearly dues is due on 15 December 2022. He advised that the State Society has advised all Chapters to avoid maintaining a large balance and that the Delta Chapter was one Chapter that had a larger balance (about $8400.) and that we need to make sure we are spending 4-5% of that each year on chapter activities and projects. Therefore, this year’s dues for the Chapter will be $15.00, which should maintain a good balance while still funding activities we do.

  • He also advised that the Chapter will pay lunch for those members and spouses who participate in this year’s Wreaths Across America. We will eat at Pea Soup Andersons in Santa Nella following the wreath laying on 17 December 2022.

Secretary

  • Secretary Randy “Doc” Haight reviewed the minutes of the October meeting.

Registrar

  • Position Vacant.
